• What city is off the leash based in and how far will you drive for a client?

OTL is based out of Central Philadelphia. I am happy to serve clients in Eastern & Central Pa as well as New York, New Jersey and Delaware. I will drive up to 20 miles (one way) from the 19103 zip code. After 20 miles there is a $0.75 per mile charge. National booking is also avaibable, please inquire via email.

 

• May I be in a photo with my pet?

Absolutely!! Clients are always invited to be in a photo with their pet towards the end of our session. Facial/Skin retouching for humans is included at no extra charge!! Photos with dogs and their owners will not be used in my web gallery or blog.

 

• What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, credit card or money order. Payment is expected in full on the day of your scheduled photo shoot. If paying by personal check, photos will not be mailed until check has cleared.

 

• What happens during a typical photo shoot?

I will show up at your house (always on time) with my equipment, legal documents and Off The Leash Photo books to keep clients occupied during the shoot and give you a chance to see the custom products we offer.

After being asked to sign a contract & release form we will go over some legal jargon about copyright information. After that, the fun begins! I treat photo shoots as play dates with my dog clients. I use Treats, toys, bubbles, tissues, cheese and whatever else it takes to gets your dog be motivated to play and let his personality shine,

Photo shoots last between 1 - 2 hours depending on the dog, location and my own personal satisfaction with my images. Sometimes I bring three or four cameras to get all different mediums.

 

• How long does it take for me to receive my images?

Turnaround time for images is approximately 10-14 business days. You will receive a link to your online gallery and your 4” x 6” proof prints will arrive in the mail within 5 business days after receiving online gallery access.

 

• Where are photo shoot locations?

The location of your pets’ portrait session is entirely up to you! In your home or backyard, at a dog park or the beach, it’s your call. You choose your shoot location when you book your appointment.
